ROAR is a registered charity in Canada and all donations are tax-deductible to the full extent allowable under Canadian law.
Donations made online are processed through Canada Helps who will issue a tax receipt. -

We’re happy to accept donations by cheque. Please make your cheque out to Reaching Out Assisting Refugees Society. In order to receive a tax receipt, please include your full name (first, middle, and last), email address, and mailing address and mail it to:

We’re happy to accept donations by e-transfer. Please send the donation directly to us at donate@roarrefugees.com. Please send us an email (at the same address) with your full name and mailing address so we can issue a tax receipt.

Many of our sponsorship groups seek out donations of items for newcomers, including household items, clothing, vehicles, and other necessities,
ROAR also accepts donations for our annual silent auction and for giveaways at events - including our annual Picnic en Blanc.
