Thank you for joining as a ROAR member. Transparency with our members matters to us. Minutes and key documents from past Annual General Meetings are posted on this website once they've been reviewed and approved.

The Annual General Meeting

The AGM is ROAR's yearly members' meeting. It's where members hear about the past year's work and finances, vote on any matters before the membership, and elect the Board of Directors for the year ahead. Every member in good standing is welcome to attend and vote.

To vote at the AGM, your membership must be current — renewed by September 1 of that year. Notice of the meeting and the agenda are sent to all members at least four weeks beforehand, along with any documents members will be asked to review.

The next AGM is on Saturday September 19th at 3pm Pacific time at Brechin United Church.
